This puzzle game has two enhanced versions of the popular arcade and Nintendo titles, Tetris and Dr Mario. The game allows the player to choose which game they want to play and the mode as well. It features single and multi-player options.
Tetris is a falling tile game in which the player must make lines using the blocks that descend from the top of the screen. Once a line is completed, it vanishes and the player is rewarded with score. The player can rotate the falling tiles in a limited way to help them achieve the goal. The aim is to survive as long as possible and score the highest amount of points.
Dr. Mario is a falling tile game in which the player must move and stack vitamin pills on top of the viruses to remove them. A stack of 4 must be made before the virus vanishes, rewarding points and dropping any connecting color pills to the bottom of the screen. The aim of the game is to eliminate all the viruses of the screen and not hit the limit of the top screen.

Story and Gameplay - 2 point
Tetris & Dr. Mario is a double pack puzzle game cartridge that has enhanced versions of both games available to play in a variety of modes. Both games have been graphically enhanced to suit the generation jump, however the games don't have a story and only offer arcade style game play that is based around high scores and clearing levels.
Tetris offers a survival based falling tile experience while Dr. Mario has an amount of levels that the player can attempt to complete to finish the gameplay. The games both have their own merits and are quite enjoyable and challenging to play however there is no real depth to them and they are purely arcade puzzlers.
The multi-player modes are quite fun because you can face off against a friend or foe in not only one but both of the games if you wish. Mix and match is quite a unique experience in it's own as you mix both experiences together in a two player battle for supremecy.
